What’s Happening in our Native Plant Landscape

Come and see what’s been growing at our place and what are plans are for the Fall. Join Mike Baczewski, landscape designer, and Matt Griswold, owner of Judge’s Farm, as they share how they have collaborated with the land trust to transform a former gravel pit into a lush, climate-resilient landscape of native plants. Light refreshments served.

Mike Baczewski is the founder of New England Pollinator Gardens, a Lyme, CT-based ecological design-build company. The company works with both residential and commercial clients to create sustainable, native landscapes that support and enhance the ecosystems essential for our future.

Matt Griswold, is co-owner of Judge’s Farm, a wholesale plant nursery. Matt has been focusing on the EPA’s Ecoregion 59, of which we are right in the middle, and responsibly sourcing seed from land trusts and local private landowners, some of which are in our landscape.
