Reed Landing Work Party

On July 9, 2022, a work party of volunteers tended the rain garden at Reed Landing. The native plants were doing well. The swamp milkweed and blue vervain were in bloom. White berries had formed on the red osier dogwood and the clethra was about to bloom. The group removed invasive plants such as Japanese knotweed, Japanese stiltgrass and mugwort.
